A tip from Rik: Digital Wednesday

Did you know that Rik is not only a tour guide, but also an influencer marketeer? So this time he's not tipping a place, but one of his favorite marketing events in the city: Digital Wednesday in Igluu.

Digital Wednesday

The name says it all. On the last Wednesday (evening) of each month, you can listen to talks and presentations about everything in digital marketing. Think of podcasts, fake news, B2B content, and influencer marketing (Rik's first Digital Wednesday). Three experienced speakers are invited to share their knowledge and brand examples with the audience for each topic. Before and after the talks there is plenty of time for drinks!

Lichttoren

As a former architect, Rik can't help but tell us something about the location of Digital Wednesday, namely the iconic Lichttoren. In the striking building, developed under the supervision of Dirk Roosenburg, Philips used to do light tests. The building got its name from the lamps; the building (and the city) always shined a light. Today, the Lichttoren houses Café Restaurant Eindhoven, apartments, the Art Hotel, and Igluu; a workplace where you can rent space and host meetings (with a nice view). And where you can visit Digital Wednesday on the last Wednesday of each month.
