Eindhoven Festival | 3 Inside Tips

Cultural institutions in Eindhoven join forces for the holiday season. From December 18 to 31 the Eindhoven Festival will take place. Two weeks of dance, music, theater and a fun quiz at home. We asked Janine Hoogendoorn, who as marketing manager of the Philips Museum is involved in the programming, about the three things she is most looking forward to.

Puppet show preHistorisch Dorp

A great show for anyone with young children. In the Middle Ages puppet theater was already very popular and now the preHistorisch Dorp has this fun online version for Christmas. The story is about a king who wants to decorate his Christmas tree. However, his dragon has very different plans with the Christmas decoration. The show lasts about nine minutes.

The Ruggeds

Very Eindhoven but still this dance group is new to me. The Ruggeds traveled the world until recently and performed at Lowlands and other venues. Now you can enjoy this show full of breakdance, acrobatics and humor hosted by Parktheater.

Philips Museum Quiz

This is one of the events we will be live streaming. The Philips Museum will host a quiz about Philips, the museum and the city of Eindhoven. Test your knowledge and win great prizes. The quiz is suitable for everyone from the age of fifteen.
