The work of Kiki & Joost will be presented this DDW at Piet Hein Eek, Kazerne and in their own workshop at Plan-B. There you will get to know the different roles of these designers: from sculptor and baker to parent, poet and activist. Annelies Hermsen re-opens the Bokken Bar this DDW in her studio at Strijp-R. Can you make a delicious broth from goat bones? What started as an experiment is now in full development. This year she won the Sustainability Award during the Amsterdam Food Pitch and soon the broth will be in the shops. Curious about the work of this food designer? Drop by and taste it yourself.
