The Pasar Malam is a great way to experience Indonesian cultural heritage. The festival welcomes everyone, young and old, regardless of background. There are numerous market stalls selling handmade products, as well as plenty of Indonesian and Moluccan food stalls. Live music adds to the atmosphere, and if you feel like it, you can join in and dance the potjo potjo. Not sure what potjo potjo is? Come along, and you'll find out!

Pasar Malam

On September 25, 26, and 27, WoenselXL will host the Pasar Malam: a free family festival celebrating Indo, Indonesian, Moluccan, and Papuan culture. Between the aromas of spekkoek and satay, you can explore the many market stalls and enjoy live music.
