Every piece of sushi is served in the most ideal way, at the perfect temperature, and with just the right amount of soy sauce. The promise: extra sauce is not necessary. With only a few tables in the restaurant, a personal experience is guaranteed.

Chef's tip: only dip the fish part of your sushi in the soy sauce. This prevents too much soy sauce from getting into the rice and causing the whole piece of sushi to fall apart. That makes eating with chopsticks just that little bit easier!
