Huize de Laak
One of the most impressive properties in the Dommel district is Huize (or Villa) de Laak. The villa was built in 1907 on behalf of Anton Philips.

The estate also includes a coach house, orangery, garden manor house, driver's house, and a garden adjoining the Dommel. It owes its name to a side stream of the Dommel, the Laak, that previously ran through the area.
