7x Brilliant brunches

Let's face it: brunch might very well be the best kind of meal. You can indulge yourself with a double dose of breakfast food, and no one will look at you funny if you order a mimosa. Does your mouth water at the thought of croissants, pancakes, salads, smoothies, eggs, bagels, smoked salmon, quiche and more genius brunch dishes? Then we have just the list for you, including extra tips for Easter.
(Bottomless) brunch at Vestdijk47
Yes indeed, Vestdijk47 - the in-house restaurant of Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne - is once again serving delicious brunches. Everything from sandwiches to fresh orange juice will be on the menu (as befits a good brunch). Oh, occasionally, it's also served with unlimited cava. Need we say more?
All day breakfast at Meneer de Boer
At Meneer de Boer on Keizersgracht, they know better than anyone that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That's why they serve breakfast all day long. Also great for brunch! Schiacciata, fried eggs, or a croissant with loads of toppings? Meneer de Boer has it all, no matter what time you arrive. They are open from 08:00 to 15:00. On Easter Sunday they serve a special deal, be there or be square!
Brunch at home of Anne&Max
Anne&Max rightly calls itself the living room of the city. You can certainly drop by for their extensive brunch at de Kleine Berg. But what we truly love is that you can also have a brunch box delivered at home. You won't even have to leave the house. How awesome is that? Order the Easter special or reserve a table.

Would you call yourself fancy? Well, Restaurant 1910 might be up your alley. This restaurant is très chic and serves up a mean brunch. You can also drink unlimited tea, great for a lazy Saturday or Sunday. Pinkie's high tea is available from 12:00, so not for early birds!
