The Hallenweg is a 'secret place' in Eindhoven. It is hidden between the Hoogstraat and the Bergmanstraat. The halls were commissioned and owned by the municipality and built in 1951 in the style of the 'Delft School'. Since its inception, the area has shown that vitality, innovation and inventiveness are created when you create the preconditions but do not interfere too much.

A breeding ground for creativity in the broadest sense of the word. Besides the architecture, the importance of the creative industry and the preservation of cultural heritage and creative talent for the city, there is another factor that makes this area very worthwhile: the diversity of personal stories in the decor of the halls. These provide a wonderful glimpse into the Gestel district and into passion and enthusiasm for industrial design.

Hallenweg

This unique area in Eindhoven came into being after the Second World War as a reconstruction project. In the beginning, it was mainly metal and welding companies that moved into the spacious halls. Nowadays you will find a colorful collection of creative entrepreneurs here.
