Downtown fun facts
The city center of Eindhoven is a real experimental place. Many large and small chains test their restaurants and shops in Eindhoven.
Café The Little One Bar is one of the smallest cafes in the Netherlands and it is housed in an old almshouse.
Catharinakerk has a very special view on history. In the evening, the lamps light up the archaeophages and you can literally see the remains of history.
Stratumseind is the longest pub street in the Netherlands, with cafés that tell interesting stories, such as the beautifully revived Oude Rechtbank (Old Court). In the inner courtyard of this popular location, the accused were waiting to hear their sentence.
