OST

During Dutch Design Week, Sectie-C is hot and happening. But even outside the design festival, the creative incubator attracts the crowd with places like OST. They host fun events, and serve an amazing lunch.

Residency for the People

Set foot in this hotspot run by designers. Order a red wine (cheap but tasty) and unwind while enjoying the best dumplings in town. In the summer, you can relax in the little garden of Residency's neighbors, St. Catherine's Church.

ZwartWit Koffie

Coffee bar ZwartWit is located at the Victoriapark, five minutes from the city center. The owners of this gem wanted to recreate a relaxed Australian atmosphere. Well, they passed with flying colors.

Around Coffee

The VDMA courtyard hides a beautiful secret: a small Mexican paradise. For authentic tacos, coffee, and lots of fun, you'd better drop by Enrique and Theo's pop-up taco shop. Like a real hidden gem, its opening hours change regularly, but it’s definitely worth a try!

't Rozenknopje

Just outside the city center, you will find 't Rozenknopje. It's one of the oldest bars in town and is open seven days a week. On Mondays, you can eat with locals at a long table; your second beer is on the house.
