About Ergon
Ergon believes that there is work for everyone. As the central desk for work in the Eindhoven region, they help everyone currently on welfare or with an employment restriction find a job. With their workfit program, they ensure people are ready (again) for the labor market. Work is essential for everyone. It is much more than having your income. You participate in society. Work gives structure and gets people moving. A job provides self-confidence and makes you more self-reliant and independent. Ergon believes everyone can do and find valuable employment, even with a disability.
