What makes this exhibition special? The images are translated into textiles, prints and projections, creating a spatial and layered installation. Alongside photography, the exchange of letters between Iris Donker and Alma Mathijsen forms an additional part of the project. In these letters, Donker reflects on an old swimming pool from the 70s that her father once photographed, an abandoned place that feels as if time has stood still. Curious about the full story?
