From Antwerpen and Breda to Eindhoven

What do Antwerp and Eindhoven have in common? Besides a rich industrial past, quite a lot more. Antwerp loves a good time, always has something going on. And what about Breda? Street art, ambiance, and a creative spirit fill up the streets. Planning a train trip to Eindhoven? Top it off with stops in both cities, ending in Eindhoven.

Your journey to Eindhoven starts in Antwerp

From Antwerp, it’s about 1,5 hours by train to Eindhoven. Before you know it, you’ve crossed the border and transferred to Eindhoven. But first, time to stretch your legs and get a taste of Brabant in Breda.

Why stop in Antwerp?

First, you will have a good time. Second, because you’re heading to the city of the future. We suggest travelling in chronological order.  Antwerp is a city of history, classic architecture, and class - just like Eindhoven, it excels in everything it does. The diamond capital of the world meets the Silicon Valley of Europe.

Our tips

What time is it? Time to make the most of your city trip! Need to wash your favorite outfit? Start your morning at WASBAR, where you can sip coffee while doing laundry.

Cool and up-and-coming: the Scheldekaaien area along the Schelde river. Hikers can explore 6.7 kilometers of discoveries, from the city’s oldest building to modern architecture. Don’t miss out on the Museum aan de Stroom (MAS), with 10 floors and over 600,000 objects - a paradise for art lovers. The rooftop offers a stunning 360-degree view of the city. We love a good skyline!

Make a stop in Breda

From Antwerp, Breda is just 33 minutes away. From Breda to Eindhoven, it’s another 38 minutes.

Why stop in Breda?

Breda has the same cozy, creative vibe as Eindhoven’s de Bergen district, but spread across the whole city. The streets tell their own stories through murals, just like in Eindhoven.

Our tips

Keep it short and sweet. Visit KAMU, a cycling café with funky beers and groovy wines. Too early for alcohol? Their French toast and latte combo is a winner. Want a unique souvenir? At Algorithmic Perfumery, create a custom perfume using AI.
