Step by step

Even though walking and biking are among our daily and favorite activities, there are more options to get your dose of exercise. Ride a scooter for a change! Rent one at Velorent, and they'll provide you with a route. Another fun activity: cruising through Eindhoven on a tandem.

Fancy a little more action? Hop on an E-chopper with Eindje Touren! Ideal for cruising through the city with your friends in a stylish and sustainable way. A tour takes three hours on average, so you're in for a treat. 

Tour de Eindhoven

Eindhoven is a suitable place to cycle, as proven by the number of cycling routes in and around the city: Rondje Eindhoven, and the Philips cycling route, just to mention two. But have you heard about the Van Gogh Roosegaarde cycle path? Highly recommended if you hop on your bike in the evening. Here you'll spot Van Gogh's 'Starry Night' in a unique way: on a 600-meter-long cycle path with luminous stones. So get on that (t)rusty two-wheeler!

Paddling through greenery

This activity provides some relaxation and exercise at the same time. Of course, you don't have to paddle across the whole Dommel; a little supping or a short canoe trip goes a long way. Open art

You don't have to visit a museum to soak up some culture: Eindhoven is a city full of urban culture and thus street art. Once you notice it, you can’t unsee it. You can find a collection of street art at the open-air museum de Berenkuil. Every summer, hunderds of artists create their work live (!) during Step in the arena. But, there's more to explore outside! Learn about Vincent Van Gogh in the Van Gogh Village. In addition, the Stadswandelpark is bursting with artwork!

Sandwich time!

Do you know the Eindhoven parks like the back of your hand? But never had a picnic in one of them? Well, let's change that! Of course, you can arrange these all yourself, which is kind to the wallet.
