How to get there?

From the central station, Microtuin is a five-minute walk. On the north side, walk out of the station, immediately turn right and cross Kennedyplein. You will now practically walk into Microtuin. Coming from Strijp-S? Then take the train or bus 401, 402, or 403 in the direction of the central station.

Why do you want to go here?

In Beursgebouw, more than 200 graduates are exhibiting their graduation projects. You can look around and talk to the designers. The show is traditionally one of the big crowd-pleasers of DDW, and for a good reason.

A short walk, but very cool: Design Perron at Fuutlaan 12 (another side of the railroad tracks). Here you'll find all kinds of exhibitions, but to stay on the theme of young talent, you'll see the work of students from all over Europe. For example, graduates of Artemis Academy Amsterdam present their projects here. You'll get to know the new alums of HKU and be amazed by the textile creations of the Swedish School of Textiles.

Other fun things to do in the area

Beursgebouw is a stone's throw away from the shopping center of Eindhoven. In the Piazza shopping mall, you can shop or stop for a bite at the restaurant or café of Bijenkorf. They also have a lovely exhibition there. If you cross the square, the rest of the best shopping city in the south of the Netherlands lies at your feet.
