Renee Mennen and Stefanie van Keijsteren explore the versatility of color and give it a stage under the banner of Studio RENS. Among others, the design duo works with Auping, Desso, and the Zuiderzeemuseum, where color and material are also key. Stefanie does the honors for Hungry for Design.

Manfred Albrecht proves like no other that you can create amazing culinary delights with plant-based products. That's how good sustainable food can be. As owner and chef of the Bij Albrecht restaurant, he surprises his guests and shares his knowledge and expertise of culinary plant-based cuisine with the talent of the future. Manfred's sustainable cooking skills are recognized by the renowned GaultMiliau and the Lekker Top 500 2020.
On the collaboration
Whereas Manfred Albrecht plays with the possibilities of vegetarian cuisine, Studio RENS experiments with color. Products come in all shapes, sizes, and colors, but what is the result when different preparations are applied to one product? A color study on orange carrots.
